OTOY (Viacheslav Drofa) is a Ukrainian musician and songwriter.
In 2014, at 15 years old, Viacheslav moved to Kyiv, having been offered an IT job. Alongside his music career, he works as a CPO at Alty, a company specializing in financial technology and banking. OTOY’s work combines deep social and political themes with modern musical styles. Over the past two years, OTOY has continued to experiment and release new music that has resonated with listeners, including the albums “Недовготривалі відносини”, “темна ч.1” and “темна ч.2”, and “8 роздумів”. OTOY has secured the status of a spokesperson for social issues and the voice of modern conscious youth, influencing the audience with his music. His lyrics are so eloquent that they are used as slogans at rallies (“пащека”).

In 2023, Viacheslav performed for the Eurovision Song Contest 2023 in Liverpool as a guest artist from Ukraine, with a rap based on Taras Shevchenko’s poetry. As a representative of contemporary Ukrainian music, OTOY performed at many international and Ukrainian festivals: Sziget (Budapest), Positivus (Riga), Rapolitics (Copenhagen), Atlas Weekend (Kyiv), etc. During 2023-2024, OTOY received several local music awards. He was named “Artist of the Year” at the Jager Music Awards 2024, “Hip-Hop Artist of the Year” at Megogo Music Awards 2023, and “Best Artist” at LiRoom Awards.
